Job description A well established, expanding transportation company is wanting to hire drivers. To be eligible, you need: - A minimum class 4 license - A criminal record check - Clean Drivers Abstract (required) - A neat and clean appearance - Local tours and transfers in a well maintained fleet of vehicles. - Wages - $25.00 per hour to start or sales percentage if you are motivated. Duties - Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport people to and from specified destinations - Perform routine pre-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle - Follow schedules and routes as provided by the dispatcher - Maintain accurate log book records and report any incidents or accidents that occur Qualifications - Proven experience in professional driving is an asset - Excellent time management skills to meet schedules is an asset - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
