Skilled Carpenter

We are seeking a reliable Skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic team. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks on residential projects. You will work alongside a team of professionals to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. -Key Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of carpentry work including framing, finishing, and installing doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the materials and tools required. Measure and cut materials with precision, ensuring quality control at all stages. Ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, and on time. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to maintain effective communication. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. -Qualifications: Carpentry Trade Certificate/Red Seal Certificate or equivalent In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to at least 50 lbs). Own set of tools preferred, but not required. -Education & Certification High school diploma or equivalent. Carpentry Trade Certification or equivalent trade certification.
