We’re currently looking for a Red Seal Certified Plumber to join our growing team. This is a call-out only position to start, covering residential, commercial, and strata properties across the Greater Victoria area. If you’re an independent, detail-oriented tradesperson who loves solving problems and taking pride in clean, reliable work—you’ll thrive here. While call-outs are how we’d like to begin, there’s plenty of room to scale into full-time, or keep it light and flexible. About the Role You’ll be responsible for performing a range of plumbing services in residential and commercial environments, including: Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances Diagnosing plumbing issues and developing efficient solutions Reading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, and schematics Collaborating with other trades and project managers where needed Maintaining a clean, safe work environment with respect for client spaces Providing clear, respectful communication with clients and the internal team What We’re Offering $60/hour, with 2-hour minimums per callout Flexible scheduling — work when you’re available Variety: service across homes, businesses, and strata A supportive operations team that’s friendly, fair, and respectful A role in a company that’s expanding quickly — with you growing alongside it An opportunity to say, “Yes, we do offer that,” to almost every request — thanks to our full-service model What We’re Looking For Red Seal Plumbing Certification (required) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with care Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge Clean, professional presentation and communication A love for the trade, and a desire to work with kind, capable people Bonus: your own work van and tools Why Join Kind Hearted Company?
