Barbie mansion. This toy is used and was well loved. A wonderful playhouse that comes with the original furniture including a small bag of original assorted fun food items, plates, drink cups, cutlery, kitchen items, laptop, cell phone, bedding, hangers etc. Please refer to the photos and video. Approximate measurements when folded into a square: 31” tall 22” length 17” wide Approximate measurements when opened up fully wide: 41” when fully opened to display all the rooms in full *The closing latches to hold the house folded up are broken as well as two tables, which have been previously glued a few times. The latches were delicate and did not hold well when picked up. This is a used item and the decision was to keep all the original furniture with the playhouse instead of toss out the two glued tables. If you are handy you may have success at using a better glue to secure the latch knobs and the two table tops to the stands. Recommended that the playhouse is picked up by the bottom as the top pieces of the roof will pull off if picked up from the top and you will drop the playhouse (I learned this the hard way; hence my reduction in price and re-posting!). The playhouse top floor folds upwards in a few places when choosing to fold the mansion for compact storage. $45.00 firm. Price reflects the size of the playhouse, assorted rooms with built in furniture pieces and the additional moveable furniture/small items that are all original.
