Description “A fluted pastry wheel, also known as a crimper or jagging wheel, is used to cut decorative edges on pastry doughs, like pie crusts, ravioli, or empanadas. To use it, roll the fluted wheel along the edge of your dough, applying gentle, even pressure to create a scalloped or ruffled edge.   This fluted pastry wheel cuts clean lines on thin pastry, adding that classic look to pies. Easy to use for all ages. Great for pasta to pie lattice, this fluted pastry wheel has a sharp blade that cuts precisely. Creates a decorative edge and made of stainless steel. Plastic handle. 7.25″ L x 2.375″ Diameter wheel. Easy to clean” “How to use: Here's a more detailed breakdown: 1. Prepare your dough: Roll out your pastry dough to the desired thickness and shape.   2. Score if needed:
For more precise cuts, especially with lattice or intricate designs, you can lightly score the dough where you want the wheel to travel.

 3. Roll the wheel:
Hold the pastry wheel by its handle and guide it along the edge of the dough, applying consistent pressure.
 4. Repeat or finish:
If you're making a pie crust edge or creating a lattice top, you may need to roll the wheel multiple times or in different directions.
 5. Cut and crimp:
The fluted wheel not only cuts the dough but also crimps or seals the edges, creating a decorative finish”.
