I hope the title says it all. If you're looking to retrofit a light or convert to a pot light then this should do the trick. It looks like the diameter of the ceiling receptacle needs to be 6" or thereabouts. These are very bright clip-in lights using only 14 watts. They are brand new, in the original packaging. 10 bucks each or both for 15 dollars.
