Said to be helpful for coping with our northern, grey, gloomy winters, jetlag, insomnia, and other light/diurnal concerns. We bought this new and used it for a winter a few years ago, but haven't used it since. Maybe it's right for you? Comes in the original box with all its parts, works perfectly as new.
