$200 · Grey Couch

A ~four year old grey couch. In good condition, but mostly sat on one side so wear on the cushions is more concentrated there. Comes from a home with a cat so there are a few thread pulls, but not noticeable. Some thread on one part of a back cushion is loosening, as shown in the picture, but the are reversable. Replacing because I wanted a chaise. Approximately 82” long, 37” deep, height 19” at front, height 33” at back Asking $200, and was originally a bit over $1000. You are entirely responsible for moving the couch. The legs will need to come off to take it out of the apartment, so if you are certain you want it, I can remove them beforehand. The building has an internal elevator. The exterior has some stairs directly out front or wheelchair access connected to the sidewalk. I live at 3244 Quadra street near Mayfair Mall.
