We are seeking a caretaker for this 34-suite apartment building in downtown Duncan (Alderlea Road). Duties include: liaising with tenants and trades to maintain the building; recruiting new tenants as suites become empty; monthly collection and banking of rent cheques; maintaining up-to-date tenant list. Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act is preferred but not essential. Compensation commensurate with experience.
