ISO: 2 bed 1 bath

Working professional (healthcare) looking for a long term place to call home. I'm in search for a 2 bedroom (or 1 bed and den) and 1 bathroom that is detached or top floor of house. I have two cats (brother and sister) who are neutered and spayed, litter trained etc. Willing to pay pet deposit. Not drinker or smoker. Very quiet. Spend most of my spare time exercising. Not urgently looking for a place, looking for the right place. Willing to pay up to 2300 depending on the situation.
