Hello! We have a a room for rent, in the suite of our home. The partial above ground basement suite is clean, newly renovated and located on a quiet no through street. The property has a nice big yard with a great garden and places to chill. You would be sharing the suite with our 22 year old male son, so compatibility is important to all of us. We are an active family who entertain frequently. You will find us to be welcoming, friendly and approachable. We believe in open, honest and respectful dialog and hope you are the same. You are independent but also don't mind sharing a conversation. Sorry, we cannot offer parking - the street is very crowded with parking. We can offer a bike, and excellent bus access, with #31 a 5minute walk away. which would take you directly to Downtown or the Royal Oak bus exchange. The room is bright, clean and contains a XL twin bed, dresser, side table and a decent closet for storage. You can have the entrance desk in your room if you would like, or use it where it is :) The suite is a generous size and has all the amenities you would need, but please ask if there is something specific you need.
