Hello, I have been looking for a long time for a location for my take out food business. I have contacted all the commissary kitchens I can find in Greater Victoria but none of them allow deep fryers. My needs are minimal in that the only cooking equipment I need IS a deep fryer! I would share a space, rent space in another working kitchen as a ghost kitchen, even rent a small commercial spot that has venting. I know this is not an easy find but if anyone knows anyone! I appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you!
