Situated in one of nicer neighborhoods in Victoria, 3 min walk to Thetis lake and Galloping Goose trail, 15 min drive to downtown Victoria and short drive to Langford. Room is furnished with a queen size mattress and has a huge closet. Bathroom will be shared with one person. Kitchen and living area are shared. Looking for the right fit who is non-smoker, non-partier. This suite will be perfect for a student or a young professional as it is in a quiet area, and would give that much appreciated peace and quiet after a long day at school/work. Room is available and move in date is flexible. Can move in Jan 1st or the 15th or Feb 1st. You will be sharing the suite with me, a male health care professional and my Shiba inu puppy and another male who works in carpentry. I am easy-going, clean and a tidy person.
