$3,000 · 3 bedroom 2 bath home wanted

We're a family of 3 looking for a long term, pet friendly, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. We can provide excellent references. We've received 4 months notice for owners use of our current house, so we need to find a new home sometime between May 1 and July 15. Our monthly rent budget is $3000 maximum. We have long term, stable, professional income and are a clean and respectable household. We're pretty quiet, so noise won't be an issue for neighbors. We're looking for a place that has off-street parking, in home laundry, isn't more than 10km from Camosun and UVIC, and has a bit of outdoor space, even if just a patio. We aren't seeking basement suites or apartment buildings at this time; we're definitely looking for a family home atmosphere.
