Private room available for may 1st. Near grocery stores and Westshore mall. 9 minute walk to the 95 bus. Me and my roommate are looking for a female roommate. We are in our early 20s and we live with two cats. Unfortunately we aren’t allowed anymore pets. Smoking is fine if it’s not on the property as we live in an apartment. The room comes with a bathroom and walk in closet for 1033$ in rent plus 50$ for underground parking and 1/3 of the utilities (which is not much).
