Seeking South Oak Bay, Fairfield, James Bay, West Bay / Esquimalt I’m relocating to Victoria and seeking an unfurnished waterfront or water-adjacent home, cottage, townhouse, condo or apt rental for myself and my two senior litermate kitties (we’ve been together 15 years!) I’m a business professional and healthcare worker with excellent rental history, great credit and references, and ample financial means. I used to own and rent out my home so I know the importance of quality tenants. I’m looking to move end of this year but can be flexible to move earlier or later for the right place.
