House is on a quiet road with the James Island dock at the end of the street and two beach access points just down the road. 2 Offstreet parking spaces available. Right beside the lochside trail so great for biking, and serviced by nearby busses (the 81 on lochside and 70 on the hwy busses). Sorry, no pets. 1 year lease required.
