Available late August for September 2024. $1,300 per month (includes; utilities, Wi-Fi and laundry) Month to Month or short term rental basis. Private entrance with laundry in the common area. Self contained space, 1 bedroom with double bed, three piece bathroom (shower only), sitting / eating area and galley kitchen (no dishwasher). A 10 minute walk to bus stops taking you to Royal Roads, Camosun College, downtown Victoria and UVic. Amenities: Quiet Lake Hill area of Saanich East, close to bus routes, easy access to Quadra / Mackenzie Mall- Saanich Centre, Thrifty Foods, Tim's, Starbucks, DQ, London Drugs, fitness gym, plus Galloping Goose Bike Trail, local parks, walking trails, nature and more. Nice home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Road parking for one vehicle only, quiet single occupancy only. We are a respectful, friendly, empty-nest couple of 2 plus our cat Jack.
