House rules : No smoking or vaping of anything anywhere on the property. (Non smokers to be living here only, due to furnishings being included and sharing the laundry machines). Noise curfew in effect 11 pm - 7 am . Use of amplification systems, sound bars etc is not permitted in the home. All media must be turned down to very minimal volumes or used with headphones after 11 pm . No parties or large gatherings. No commercial activity, ie creating or selling goods or services from the premises.
