Looking to rent one bedroom for October 1/15 (dates are flexible). Price includes utilities (with laundry) and internet. The space is a ground-level 2bdrm suite with a large back garden that's equipped with heaps of veg/fruits, a greenhouse, shed, covered patio set, hammock, firepit and bbq. It's located on a quiet street in Quadra Village, just blocks away from Topaz Park, Summit Park and grocery/restaurants/thrift stores. The room has a queen bed and lamp in it, but could get rid of it if it's not needed. A little about me (Liz, she/her): A playful thirty-something, I do social justice work for the Province and tend to keep quite busy outside of work hours. . I will likely have other humans and dogs visiting when I am home. I will be away for much of October and tend to be away quite often, so you would have the space to yourself.
