I am looking for a single female roommate to share a beautiful 1800 sq ft house in Langford. Your bedroom would be furnished with a double bed and some bedroom furniture. There are 2 living rooms with gas fireplaces, a nice kitchen with plenty of cupboards and stainless steel appliances, and a deck with a gas barbecue. The house would be shared with a young working female, her indoor cat, and a single dad (me) with a 12 year old daughter. I would consider a well behaved small dog with a pet damage deposit.
