Hey there:) My roommate is moving out for August 1st and I was wondering if anybody is interested in renting out a room in my large 2 bed 2 bath 1100 sqft suite located right in Oak Bay Village. The suite itself is garden level in a character home that has been converted in to four apartments. The bedroom available is large with its own walk-in closet and will be unfurnished. You would have your own full bathroom as my room has a small on-suite. The rest of the suite is fully furnished. The apartment is a block away from a grocery store, shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. We have coin operated laundry and a drying tree available in the summer. Only a 10/15 min bus to downtown or UVic and a 15 min walk to Willows beach. About me: I am 26 years old and currently studying for an entrance exam but come August will be going back to full time work. I’m tidy, active and friendly. You can find me hiking on the weekends and spend my afternoons at the beach🏖 The rent is $765 but off street parking would be an extra $50 if you need it🚗 WiFi and hydro is split 50/50 Sorry no pets and no smoking on the property as per landlord
