Hello, I’m looking for a roommate for my newly apartment. The place will be available for showing starting Sept 16th for immediate move in or October 1st. It’s a 2beds 2baths condo in Tillicum Mall area. Rent would be $950.00 a month for a room —Included utilities, —Share kitchen: gas stove / microwave / fridge / dishwasher / in-suite laundry, —Street parking, —2mins walking to bus stations and stores. —Your room would be the master bedroom (private 4pieces bathroom) and the room would be unfurnished. I’m looking for a respectful FEMALE roommate, no pets, no smoking, no party. You would be joining me with a year long starting October 1 2021. About me: I am a 30yo female working and studying. I am double vaccinated. Most of my time is at work or studying. I don’t smoke nor drink.
