The sublet is available from May 1st to August 31st, 2024 in a beautiful suite of a house in Langford. The suite has in-suite laundry, street parking, nearby park and transit. No smoking and no Dogs or Cats. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living area. The suite is semi-accessible as there is a step into the house and if you do not have a vehicle, there is a large hill before getting to the house. Rent is $762 Monthly Rent + internet, electricity and water. D.D. is $350. If a couple, rent and utilities can be negotiated. Your potential roommate has a background in education, social work and counselling, presently focusing on education and training, and is a spiritual human who enjoys deep discussion, hikes, movies and reading.
