Hey! I am looking for someone to join myself in this large house. It is a 3 bedroom 1 bath, with the 3rd (smallest) room converted to an office space. Off street parking minutes from the ocean and views of the Olympic mountains 12 minute bike ride to downtown 20 minute walk to country grocer 6 minute walk to 25 Bus line 15 minute walk to 15 Bus line 20 minute walk to 26 Bus line The bedroom you will be in can be either unfurnished or partially furnished with a smaller dresser, 2 night stands and a mattress. It has a larger closet. The dimensions are 13’ 6” x 8’. The office room has a spare desk and chair you could use to set up a workstation or use for whatever else. The house is attached to people on both sides though I have never had any issues with hearing them. I have no pets but would love for a cat or 3 to be running around! The living room is large but unfurnished (no couch, no TV). The kitchen is newer with a large sink, dishwasher, convection stove, air fryer and reverse osmosis water filter. I don’t use microwaves so I don’t have one (though I don’t mind if you bring one) Wifi is included though Hydro + water is separate ($60ish/2 months for hydro) About myself: I’m a 24 year old male that has been living in ‘Victoria’ for just over 2 years now. I work Monday to Friday from 8-4 and in my spare time I enjoy working out, going out with friends, cooking and playing videogames. I would label myself as introverted though I don’t mind you having friends over. Ideally you: Enjoy an active lifestyle, are also in your 20’s, want to make the space feel like home and value healthy communication. I do vape inside, and don’t mind if you do as well.
