One of our lovely roommates will be leaving us end of August so we'll have a large bedroom available for rent starting September 1st. A bit about the room: -spacious room on main floor of the house -dresser, desk, queen bed, bed side tables can be included (all furniture as shown in photos will be different than what will be provided) -lots of sun light from the large windows in the day time A bit about the house: -8 min bus ride (#26) to UVic -10 min walk to Uptown shopping centre -shared bathroom on main floor -shared washroom on upper floor -shared kitchen (all cooking utensils and appliances are shared) and laundry room -shared patio and living room -shared fridge with 1 other person -plenty of bike storage A bit about us: -3 roommates are working professionals between the ages of 25-33 -1 roommate is studying at Camosun -we like to hang out once in a while to catch up, watch movies or play board games but overall we're quite a peaceful household altogether Rent is $950 + $50 for utilities and internet with 1 year lease.
