I can also furnish the rooms before you move in. Below the building is a thriftys, Starbucks, many restaurants and amenities in the area. It’s a 2 minute walk to Dallas road and a 5 min walk downtown. No other animals as my cat likes to be an only child. Outside of work I’m a gamer so I tend to spend most of my free time chilling in my room and don’t make much use of the rest of the apartment.
