I am looking for a single female roommate to rent a small room in south Langford. Your room will be furnished with a double bed and some bedroom furniture. The house will be shared with a single dad (me), my 15 year old daughter, and a young working female. You will be sharing the main bathroom primarily with the other female roommate. You will have access to the shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. The closest bus stop is an 8 minute walk away. All utilities are included (including high speed internet).
