This furnished private large bedroom/living space is on the main floor. It includes two closets and lots of light. We have a large home. You would be sharing our kitchen and are welcome to use the dining room & solarium. Bathroom is shared. You would also have access to the backyard patio / large garden. Room to plant your own garden, if desired. Our domestic shorthair tabby cat will want to say hi. Unfortunately, there is no more room for other pets Our home is a 5 mins walk to Camosun Lansdowne campus or 10 mins walk to UVic campus. Well served by bus stops to downtown and Hillside mall. Rent includes all utilities (Wi-Fi / 1.5 gig internet, water, hydro, heat, recycling/garbage, laundry). Parking for 1 car off street. References required / will be checked.
