Looking for a single responsible renter/roommate F or M. I have a 10 X 11 private bedroom with closet on the second floor. This is a shared Home, with shared Laundry, Dining Room, Kitchen and Living Room on the first floor. Parking is Available. This location is close to grocery stores, shopping areas and bus routes. Located in a quiet community with a backyard that backs onto a trail and huge park area. No Drugs, Partygoers and No smoking in the house. Could be be partially or fully furnished if needed, however currently comes as unfurnished. Open to cats or small animals. No dogs unfortunately as my one dog has anxiety and trauma due to being attacked. Pets will require pet deposit. Available March 1 with the possibility of a bit sooner. References are required. Renters insurance is also required to meet my insurance requirements. Room is $975 plus 1/4 utilities.
