Hi! Allow me to give a little introduction. Us; students and working professionals (all male) who are looking for a like-minded individual that will contribute to a 'chill house vibe'. We are all in our 20's and 30's, enjoy playing music, cycling, exercising and cooking. We have a great patio for entertaining friends and definitely have some fun all the while respecting other peoples schedules. That being said, on May 01, 2025 we are looking to rent a single room with a minimum 6 month lease. The room can come furnished (with a bed and a side table) or empty. We have lots of storage available and a dry place to keep your bicycle. On top of the rent, we pay for electricity and heat (which can be anywhere from $50 - $90/month/each.) Internet is included in the rent and data is unlimited. We have all of the general household amenities so you can just move your stuff right in. We all contribute to maintaining a clean house by divvying up chores and responsibilities. The house has 2.5 bathrooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fireplace, small backyard and greenhouse! I think we will instate a mandatory 'minimum two plants' to be added to the house when you move in. Just because plants are good. You - (and we're gonna cut right to the chase) you have money, you have a sense of humour, you are clean and you have friends - in that order of importance as well.
