Our beloved tent trailer, we feel it might be the time to send it on to someone else since the kids are all now grown. In the eight years or so that we have owned it, we have replaced anything we thought needed replacing: tires (probably need to do these again soon), electric brakes, wheel bearings, high density foam mattresses, battery, break away cord, propane tank hoses and regulator, the awning, the rubber roof seal, installed LED lights, replaced the faucet, inside curtains, and steam cleaned all cushions. The only thing we haven't delt with is the fridge, yes it turns on but it doesn't get cold anymore, apparently its fixable, but its so tiny we just used it as a cupboard and bought a portable bar fridge which is almost three times its size, this is included; it has a portapotty; two gas stoves, one hangs on the outside the other is inside next to the sink; one propane tank, but there is room for two; has a hot water tank (we've never turned that on) and a furnace, if you can believe it; an outside shower head, but no curtain, probably wouldn't be hard to rig one up; it has roof racks for carrying paddle boards or kayaks and fork locks for carrying four bikes, you remove the front wheels attach the forks and away you go; water tank underneath; a portable grey waste water tank; queen size bed over the tongue, and over the back is a double bed; and the table folds down to a super single; two small fans, lots of storage under the bench seats and a few storage accessories. Its rated as 2200 lbs gross axle weight; 350 lbs tongue weight; and 2550 lbs gross vehicle weight; requires electric brakes in the tow vehicle. Its a 2003 model. There is probably more but best to come take a look, in saanich, questions? Ask away! Thanks!
