Super light trailer, easy to pull. Dry weight under 4000lbs. Dometic propane or electric fridge with small freezer, propane stove with oven, microwave oven. Full bathroom. Tires in great shape. Awning fabric warn but still keeps rain out. Hot water tank needs to be replaced as well. Priced accordingly.
