Hello, I have a new purchased in Feb. 2024 from Amazon but was installed, 8X6.6ft awning for sale. it is in excellent condition with no signs of wear, tears, or damaged parts. Comes complete with all necessary hardware to install. Just did not require it anymore. Paid $239.99 for it. Asking $150. I am firm on the price. Thanks for looking!
