This is a classic lathe made in Canada after Rockwell took over Beaver tools. They actually made some improvements: The spindle is solid and hence very stable and the tailstock is hollow and comes with a knockout bar. This lathe comes with a brand new Nova 4 jaw chuck , 6" faceplate, spur drive and worm screw. The motor has been upgraded to a 1 HP variable speed with digital speed control and push button forward/reverse. There are 4 speed ranges. It's mounted on a custom solid wood stand with built in emergency stop. 110 Single phase power
