Royal Victorian Fashion Society has closed our doors and we are selling off our lovely costumes. Custom made Victorian hat made by New York hat designer. He designed for the Metropolitan Opera in New York. Was worn with a velvet walking suit (see separate listing). Head piece is covered with ruched ribbon, fabric roses. butterfly brooch and amazing upright feathers.
