"Memories Arrested In Space" is a verse narrative on the life of Jackson Pollack. It was published in 2003 by Santa Monica Press, Santa Monica, California. This is a very special author's first edition. The book was signed with an inscription by the author, Martin Gray, on April 10, 2011 (see picture). This message was written to Hopeton Anderson, himself a published poet. Hopeton Anderson's philosophy of "eat well, dress well, read well, live well" obviously struck a chord with Martin Gray. Martin Gray is also the author of the internationally acclaimed "Blues for Bird." This is a biographical poem about the life of jazz great Charlie Parker. Gray is also recognized as one of the foremost scholars of the poetry of Alfred Lord Tennyson. He lives in Victoria, British Columbia. The book is in "like new" condition. It appears to be unread.
