Available Sep 1st ... furnished room in our family home. Our house is centrally located. It's a quick bus ride to UVIC, Camosun, Royal Roads or downtown. It is a simple room downstairs, furnished with a double bed, dressers and desk. There is a shared bathroom (with two other room-mates) and shared laundry. All utilities are included (including wifi). There is a half kitchen on your floor (microwave, toaster oven, fridge, cupboards, dishes) and access to a full kitchen upstairs (although we’re looking for a room-mate that isn’t a huge cook 🤷🏻‍♀️😊). There is a private entrance to your floor. Parking is street parking on Nelthorpe. I live upstairs with my child, so you would need to live well in a child-friendly environment. Our house is located on McKenzie (between Nelthorpe and Saanich)... near Christmas Hill and Swan Lake Sanctuary.
