Private & Furnished Bedrooms for Students

Looking for like-minded individuals interested in renting a private bedroom and enjoying the amenities of a large house and yard for the upcoming school term from now until the end of April 2026 (and possibly longer). The house has 4-5 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, 1.5 bathrooms, a workshop, with a large yard with a deck and patio. There is lots of parking available and a secured covered shed for storing bikes and larger items. The house is furnished, and each private bedroom includes a bed, dresser, and desk as well as access to cookware - pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cooking utilities and other household items and includes a dishwasher, washer, dryer. The rooms are $925 (smaller room) or $985 (larger room) per month (for single occupancy) plus a pro-rated share of utilities (WiFi, gas, hydro, etc). Also included is monthly house cleaning services. The house is located in Fairfield and close to a Grocery Store, beaches and several parks. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown Victoria and and 10 minutes to UVIC or Camosun College (Lansdowne). Transit is 2-3 minutes walking distance. The space is available for the school year. I am looking for individuals who are responsible, clean, respectful, good-natured and who have similar interest or outlooks.
