$40 · ISO house cleaner every two weeks

I need a cleaner for either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday every 2 weeks starting June 3rd. I want someone who clean themselves and does not contract the work out. I live in a small 2 Bed 1 bath 2 floor townhouse near McKenzie and Borden. I need the living room, dining room and bathroom cleaned as well as the Kitchen. No cleaning of the bedrooms needed. The townhouse has been fully renovated and has been cleaned every 2 weeks since so this will not need a major first clean. I will pay $40 an hour for a 3-4 hour clean as the town house is small and not all rooms will be cleaned. That includes you providing the supplies including a vacuum as I have two rugs and carpeted stairs. I will do a walk through of what needs to be done on initial meet up to see if we get along and if you are ok with the space.
