Looking for female ONLY roommate(s) to share my home with. Available June 15th with possible early move in. You will have a cozy, bright, furnished with a bed that has drawers in the bottom (bedroom #1) with a large closet, OR an unfurnished (bedroom #2) with closet and next to it is a 3 piece bathroom potentially shared with another roommate, as I have 2 bedrooms for rent. Full access to fully furnished kitchen, and other common areas in the home, which is nicely decorated. Utilities are included (high speed internet, water, hydro, in suite laundry etc). On street parking. There is also a large backyard with deck & a BBQ. It is a quiet area in Sooke, two minute walk to the bus route and close to the core of town. I am looking for a quiet, full-time working professional female that respects privacy, is very clean, non-smoker, 420 OK - outside and occasional drinker. Must love Frenchies (french bulldogs), I have 2 and I also have a Bengal kitty. I hope you'd be ok home alone with them at times, they all use the doggie door, and do not require your care. Sorry, no more pets allowed. They're all mid-age and sweet. A little about me; I am an empty nester that works a lot. I have 2 jobs, also work from home 2 days a week at least. Plus and I am a Reiki Master. I am away from the house most of the time for my schedule is busy. I am a very quiet, private, respectful, clean but a very fun chick that also enjoys her downtime.
