2009 Impreza with 168xxxkm. Has been a great car for us over the past eight years, but we've moved to something bigger. The good: Red = faster and more fun! -Tires, brakes, battery, radiator all replaced in the past few years and have life left in them. -Car starts up and goes everytime, no engine or transmission issues. -Tires are M+S rated so winter driving approved unless chains are required. -All electrical, lights, switches etc work as new. -All windows, the sunroof, and door locks fully functional. -Heat blows warm, AC blows cool. Front heated seats fully functional. -Full time symmetrical all wheel drives provides a ton of confidence in rain and snow. -All maintenance records available from new. The notable: -Subarus of this era leak a bit of oil, and this one is no different. I've never had to top it up between oil changes, but it is worth checking regularly and not parking on pristine surfaces. -The plastics under the front bumper/wheel well were damaged in the snow. Held with non-visible zap straps and haven't caused issues, but not factory new. -Sunroof seal failed seven years ago, Subaru refused warranty repair. Has been repaired with marine silicone and is fully functional without any known leaks, but not factory new. -Clear coat is failing on hood, rear spoiler, and handles. It may polish but I havent had time to try. -Car is on original suspension, so a little bouncy on rough terrain. -Being all wheel drive, gas mileage is not amazing, 12.5-14L/100km. Takes regular fuel into 50L tank. Please let me know if you have any questions. Car is in Fairfield for viewing.
