Spruce top, mahogany back and sides. Condition is very good. There's a small crack near the bridge. Frets are about 50% Action would be a tad high for some players, so maybe it's time for a neck re-set. There are some minor nicks around the sound hole, probably caused by a previous owner finger-picking with brass picks on. It's a great little guitar, plays and sounds great.
