It is in excellent condition has not broken down at all, but we need king bed instead. I can deliver within reason (45 for gas & my time). However, you have to unload it and carry to your property. No smokers. No any smells. No pets. 45 for delivery to your parking lot / driveway. Please find attached photos of mattress in the ad. We also have metal frame which we bought for 140, but you can have them for $30.
