Housing Wanted: 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home wanted for a quiet family of 3 (no young children). We are looking for a long term, unfurnished, pet friendly unit. We can provide excellent references. We are looking for July 1, July 15, or August 1. Monthly rent budget up to $3300; flexible, depending on utilities. We have long term, stable, professional income and are a clean, quiet, responsible, respectable household. We are looking for a place that is pet friendly (2 cats), has off-street parking, in home laundry, and has a bit of outdoor space, even if just a patio. We aren't seeking basement suites or apartment buildings at this time; we're looking for a family home atmosphere. Please reply if you have a rental that is available.
