Reposting to extend deadline: Wheelchair Accessible 2-Bedroom Unit Available – Lang Cove Co-op, Esquimalt Lang Cove Co-op has a rare vacancy of a spacious, one-level, wheelchair-accessible 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit (1,015 sq. ft.). Our wonderful volunteer- based co-operative community is located in Esquimalt. As this is a wheelchair-accessible unit, we are seeking an applicant who is wheelchair-dependent and demonstrates a strong understanding of co-operative principles, along with a genuine commitment to community involvement. Eligibility: • Priority given to applicants who are wheelchair users • Applicants should understand co-op principles and be committed to community involvement. Please note, bathroom has a bathtub but will be renovated in 2026 to a roll in shower • Separate storage/laundry room with washer/dryer hookups • 2 accessible parking spaces • Pet-friendly (up to 2 pets with approval). No exotic pets permitted (e.g., parrots or large reptiles) • No smoking in unit or near buildings • Our co-op is currently undergoing renovations.
