It starts on the first pull...no priming or choke settings are necessary. It is RWD self-propelled, so it has a lot more power and traction than a FWD mower, and so will easily propel itself forward or uphill. It uses Honda's dual-blade micro-cut system, so it will mulch grass better than any other mower on the market. It does not come with a bag, but has a clip director...so it will mulch or rear discharge. This is the last gas engine model Honda made, and it is actually an improvement over the previous models!
