The room is for single occupancy (one tenant) only. The home is located 4 km from downtown. The suite has an equipped kitchen, a large living area, and a dining area. Short walking distance to shopping (Uptown Mall and Tillicum Mall), public transit, and parks, making it easy to access everything Victoria has to offer. Direct bus routes to downtown (#95, 61, 65, UVic (#26), both Camosun College campuses (#21, 22), the Ferry Terminal (#70, 71, 72), Victoria General and Royal Jubilee Hospitals (#95, 8) and more. The room for rent is the master bedroom. The room dimensions are 13’x10.5’ dimensions plus an extra large closet. It is south-facing and has a view of the backyard. The room is furnished with a desk. Shared bathroom and covered entrance. Suitable for students or professionals. Someone with a vegetarian/vegan diet and alcohol-free lifestyle would be preferred.
