Large double garage for storage and gym equipment or movie projector nights. The house has a 1 br 1 ba suite that is occupied by family. The room you will rent is on the main floor of the house and separated from the suite by a laundry room and locking door. Steps to nature trails and uptown shopping. About the family: I am an AuDHD mid forties woman who is running a spiritual business from my home. I see clients one or two at a time in the main part of the house. My nine year old daughter lives with me part time - alternating days. She does cheer and soccer. We spend a lot of time at home and outside in our neighbourhood. We are chill, easy going and relaxed people who enjoy peace, harmony and respect. We value honesty, communication, cooperation and each individual's diverse needs. We keep our space tidy and clearn. I also have a daughter in university but she resides elsewhere. My elderly mother lives in the suite and works from home but keeps to herself mainly. We have cats and a bunny.
