TEXAS ROSE TRAINING ONE SPOT JUST OPENED UP FOR BOARD. AVAILABE NOW. Small private training & boarding barn in Central Saanich Full Board - $750 Friendly, happy barn. We are a barn family - 2 grain feedings, 4 hay feedings per day - stalls/paddocks cleaned daily - waters scrubbed/filled 3 times daily as needed - blankets on/off - turn out to large dry hog fuel exercise paddock individually or group every few days and where they can have a good roll. - turn out to fields individually or group daily in summer Sand ring with jumps Smaller sand ring Hog fuel ring with Trail obstacles Walk out stalls to individual sand/hog fuel paddocks Tack lockers Washroom Seasonal grass turnout Close to trails Barn is located on the same property as a larger lesson barn. If you like a quiet adult atmosphere or a busier barn with people to ride with, you will find both here. PLEASE NOTE *1/2 board is required as a deposit * with in /out stalls, minimum shavings supplied, enough to keep the stall dry. If you want a deep bed of entirely new shavings daily or every 2nd day, you will need to supply and do yourself * piggy horses in their stalls may be closed out of the stall while it is being thoroughly scraped and hosed out and dried. * horse owner will pay for/fix any damages done by destructive horses. Pawing, digging holes, chewing, stall kicking, breaking/ running through fences * the fields are fenced with electric fencing. This allows for horses to be turned out in compatible groups or individually. Horses who do not respect the fences and run through them will not continue to be turned out to grass * Full Board - horse owner and barn will consult and put together a feed program for each horse according to their needs. * Local hay is supplied.
